How To Use Your Waist Trainer
How to Wear and Care for Your Waist Trainer
Getting Started with Your Waist Trainer:
- Your Body Adjusting: When first starting, your body needs time to adjust to the waist trainer. We suggest wearing it for 2-4 hours per day during the first few days (adjust based on your comfort level).
- Increase Wear Time Gradually: Over time, add an extra hour or two each day until you're comfortable wearing it for extended periods throughout the day.
- Tightening the Trainer: Once the waist trainer feels more comfortable, you can begin using the second set of clasps to make it tighter.
- Comfort as You Progress: As you lose weight, the waist trainer will feel less tight and more comfortable.
- Downsize as You Lose Weight: When you’ve made progress, you can move to a smaller size as part of your continued weight loss journey.
Caring for Your Waist Trainer:
-
Cleaning:
- Hand wash your waist trainer in lukewarm water with a mild, unscented detergent.
- For tough stains, use non-chlorine bleach.
- Avoid using a dryer—let the trainer air dry by laying it flat.
-
Extend Its Lifespan:
To keep your waist trainer in good condition, we recommend alternating between two waist trainers. This allows each trainer to "rest" and regain elasticity, preventing wear and tear.
Important Reminder:
For long-term results, combine your waist trainer use with a balanced diet and regular, moderate exercise.
